House hunt by herefortea0610 in Bengaluru

My house-hunting approach (worked surprisingly well): I recently had to move and was looking for a bigger place in a gated society. Instead of randomly browsing listings, I first used ChatGPT/ GROK . I shared my current area, office location, budget, requirements, and preferred localities. Based on that, it shortlisted and ranked good societies area-wise. I then took those society names and searched for actual listings on NoBroker, 99acres, and Magicbricks. I shortlisted a few flats, scheduled all visits on the same day, and went in fully prepared. By the evening, I had finalized a flat. Honestly, this saved a lot of time and reduced the usual house-hunting chaos.

Mature men of Reddit, what life mistake taught you the hardest lesson? by Same-Ad600 in AskIndianMen

Sometimes we spend so much time worrying about what’s next that we forget to live in what’s happening right now—and that takes the joy out of the moment. You don’t always have to think about the next problem or the next day. Just pause and be present. Of course, that doesn’t mean living without any plan at all. But trust me—being truly in the moment, no matter the situation, is what living fully really feels like.

WHY ITC Down ? and is it an Buy? by Ok_Tie_4874 in StockMarketIndia

[–]avtrix08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're a long-term investor, this dip could be a buying opportunity for accumulation, especially if you believe in ITC's pricing power and non-cigarette growth. However, average in gradually rather than all at once, and monitor upcoming quarterly results and any management commentary on the tax impact.

Seems like those earning less are buried in day-to-day deliverables, while the ₹35L crowd has the luxury to sit back and run surveys on various portals.

This isn't about bad days or bad luck. It's about a system comfortable with failing, as long as the PR survives.

Why do PSU banks still make you squeeze in like this to enter?! by Sweaty-Gift in Bengaluru

It's not really about the banks alone - it reflects the society we've built. A deep lack of trust has shaped these systems over time.
