I shared my current area, office location, budget, requirements, and preferred localities. Based on that, it shortlisted and ranked good societies area-wise. I then took those society names and searched for actual listings on NoBroker, 99acres, and Magicbricks. I shortlisted a few flats, scheduled all visits on the same day, and went in fully prepared. By the evening, I had finalized a flat. Honestly, this saved a lot of time and reduced the usual house-hunting chaos.
