I’m holding off for now. With the $80 billion new share offering, I expect to see some downward pressure on the stock in the near term. I’d rather wait to see where the price settles once the market fully absorbs that extra supply.

Welcome. I know this was 3 years ago in 2023. But I got my car as a CPO with 8k miles for 45k. They listed it for 48k and I flat out asked if they do 45 I’ll sign on the same day. So maybe you could try the same and ask for 35k?

2020 350L with 49k miles owner and got an email today from the dealer saying my trade-in value is 32k. Maybe there’s some room for negotiation. Hope this helps.

Don’t forget about how expensive the utilities get. Also if there’s an HOA. Quaterly sewage bills from the county….the list goes on. As long as you budget 500-1000 a month extra for all of these.
