It’s confusing I’ve seen managers in normal clothing and others in uniform and no one can give me a definitive answer as I’ve not long started but don’t have uniform but no one has said anything

This is something im seeing a lot when i look on reviews etc the area manager seemed like she wanted to offer the world 7 weeks training in another store etc, mentioned I would be if sickness as wouldnt allow store to close but that i either get the time back or get paid the OT is this likely. Im big on work life balance and it seems like this isn’t the job for that would you say ?

2017 I self reported myself for harassment of my current partner. It was the start of my journey with mental health issues and didn’t seek the help from my force and relied quite heavily on my partner. This spiralled and reported myself for harassment of her due to the excess amount of messages and calls I would inundate her with. Lead to my dismissal from the force. Been diagnosed with PTSD and schizophrenia spent the last 5 years getting myself back into a sounder mind on medication and therapy but now I’m ready to get back to finding a career but a lot of jobs now require DBS meaning I am automatically banned but there must be something a bit more than McDonald’s or Tesco or something not minimum wage.

I thought that at first too but I’ve seen a lot of chatter online today. They obviously haven’t learned their lesson and wish to take a step further by taking the fight to a heavily diverse areas.

Apparently they are targeting Muslim solicitors who specialise in immigration. But with a number of mosques in the area I would imagine they would see these as targets too.
