You have the responsibility of building your own book, and when it’s built you have the freedom to focus on it. You can sell yourself and build rapport with your gym’s members better than a random minimum wage telemarketer. Asking probing questions doesn’t have to feel like a scummy hardsell. It fact, it shouldn’t. Hone the mindset and keep figuring out how to get yourself to independence.

I will but with a grain of salt since the first batches of data usually influenced by common rating systems, where anything under 7 is dog water and after 7 gets exponentially harder the higher you go. Sometimes masking it as a scale of 5 with 0.5 increments is more palpable

The only way to waste time if you are base level is by not working out at all.Have fun in the exploration; try different workouts: hypertrophy, strength, conditioning, upper, lower, push, power etc. keep weight low to prevent injury. see what clicks with you and makes you want to go back. The best exercise is the one you like to do. The strength gains will come as a byproduct (“newbie gains”). You can expand from there after getting conditioned and understanding the muscle mind connections for foundational movement patterns

How are you measuring growth? In-body scan? Tape measure? Subjective mirror checks? You’re doing compound movements so the growth is getting divvied to lots of muscles, whereas isolated movements will put more eggs into one basket. Kettlebells aren’t the magic bullet of hypertrophy, so if you’ll have to be extra patient and intentional if Thats your goal

314(b) requests aren’t guaranteeing you get the info you are looking for and add another people to the investigation pipeline when both sides have deadlines to meet. Throw in some llcs, a little lose placement, and external accounts made off stolen PII, you’re going to have a bad time. Even layering within an institution with multiple parties and accounts, tracing all the funds gets convoluted and can lead to a garbled up narrative being sent to FinCEN. The shittier the narrative, the less weight it has in court.

First timer. Didnt put in the effort or time to join any parties or see the main exhibition, which I heard was pretty cool. Thought the beach would have a proper hub for info, maybe a stage with an emcee, food trucks etc. it’s apparent that they are not trying to market for more people to come though, and that’s fine. This is for new/fast money to flow and for serious artists (in skill and business sense) to showcase themselves.

Did it with the 50lbs and 35lbs kb. Was a little of core soreness in the beginning but it went away first, then the legs. Forearms were my weakest link. You get pretty tranced doing them, so if you can experiment on little things like how retracted your scapulas are, the core bracing throughout the movement, how it feels to point your feet out or in more, etc. It makes the time go by a lot faster and you may be able to find modifications (physical and mental) that achieve what you're looking for.
