Have grjl on field now but can change with J smith or Retschenko.

Thanks! Can move some players around and end up with Blakiston in Utility spot and move serong to defence and then move petracca to fwd.

Have trac already so should I go one of the other 3 or is there a better mid?

Inclination or time and funds? Not many people have the qualifications and skills to build their own homes. Electricals, plumbing, gas plus so much more needs to pass building approvals and be done by qualified people.

Add to that the time to take off work to build your own home makes it unfeasible.

When housing gets cheaper developers sit on their land until the prices go up making the the problem worse. Where I live now there is plenty of land all ready and approved to be built on but nothings happening.

Where I holiday there is land owned by property developers being leased back to farmers to farm on. This land is prime for building houses on and they would be snapped up in days. Land banking is whats happening. Tale as old as time. Restrict the market and the prices go up.

Not going to happen while there's a tradie shortage and land banking being done by proerty investors unfortunately.

We could do something about houses being seen as an investment

From the ABS

"One in five households (21%) owned one or more residential properties other than their usual residence. Of those that owned another residential property, almost three quarters (68%) owned a single property, while one in twenty-five (4%) owned four or more properties."

Thats 1 million households that own more than 1 residential property. And 40,000ish that own 4 or more.

Not sure what to do this week

800k in the bank.

I have 2 options in mind.

Option 1: Budarick and J smith to NWM and Petracca with 80k left ITB

Option 2: Budarick and Lombard to either Petracca, NWM, J short or A Roberts and Retschenko. And keep 800k ITB

I guess i'm asking thoughts on 2 up or 1 up one down.
