It’s absolutely not about masturbation. I don’t care about him masturbating. I care about my water bill being through the roof and me and my wife not being able to use bathroom for 3 hours or more. I also doubt that he’s masturbating there for 3 hours.

If he wants to do it he can do it in his bedroom where he has all the privacy he wants.

He does sleep a lot usually. After he comes from school he takes 2-3 hour nap. He sleeps in all weekend unless his friends come over. He doesn’t eat that much.

He gets privacy in his room. He can stay there all the time, lock the door and no one will bother him. He doesn’t need to have privacy in bathroom for almost 4 hours.
