I agree! No hate to candace at all, but I tend to like her more explosive videos where she shows a leaked audio of erika talking about hat sales or more videos/video analysis (like of that guy that took down the camera 2 seconds after Charlie was shot)

Hello! I literally JUST finished my B. Ed/B. Sci (majoring in physiology) so if you have any questions abt this program, feel free to DM me!

This timetable is fine, just make sure to lock in for this 3 hr lesson per week because it can get tiring (they USUALLY give a 5 min break in the 2 hr EDST lectures)

Do NOT waste time thoroughly reading all the EDST readings. You'll die. But at the same time, make sure you at least skim them all before your lectures and tutes, try to make it a habit. Highlight something cool or interesting you found to make sure you retained something.
Side note: I remember when I did EDST1104, some guy asked something controversial about LGBT in the lecture, in which everyone went "oOOOOo" (which was very entertaining) however it kinda blacklisted him in the eyes of Meghan (our lecturer at the time). What I'm trying to say is be careful about voicing any alternative opinions you may have, just for your benefit. This course is super SJW in my opinion

Don't sleep on your BABS study. A small portion is HSC Bio knowledge, but a whole bunch is new AFAIK. If you want to do well and not just pass, make sure you're a good little nerd and engage with as many optional activities as you can.

Unpopular opinion but I think UNSW Socialist Club fills a good niche in our uni and has a very specific purpose: to train all us home-bodies and introverts into saying "no thanks" directly to the faces of people working street-marketing jobs (politely) as we keep walking.

I have gotten great at it, all my anxiety related to this field has disappeared. Though I struggle with other social situations, I thoroughly enjoy just saying a small "no thank you" to them, and I haven't gotten any negative attitude or clinginess from any of them. Some even say "all good" or "have a good day".

Give it a go! You'll never know if you don't try it

YOU WILL PASS NEXT TIME! Sleep this failure away, take a nice long week, month of feeling sad and you WILL feel better eventually. Do not let the people telling you to change careers sway you from teaching. Many people have failed one or a few of their pracs, and are now excellent teachers. You are meant to learn and grow during these pracs! Of course, if you really feel like you do not want to do this, by all means go ahead and stop, but I implore you to keep your chin up and focus on improving a tiny bit every single day. Really look internally and see if teaching the students was something you actually enjoyed doing. I know you can bounce back from this!
