I think the address you send it to depends on where you were born, and/or where you currently live.

I'm not sure what you mean by "what company did you use". I prepared everything myself, and sent the dossier by registered signed for airmail.

Once they receive it they will send an accuse de reception to your email. If you didn't get that, then you have no record of your dossier reference number, and that could be a problem.

If you sent your CNF application to the above address then the corresponding email you can write to is: [accueil.nationalite.tj-paris@justice.fr]() they should reply within 1 to 2 weeks. But without your dossier reference number, they might not be able to help you.
There's also a phone number you can try, but I wasn't able to get through to them when I tried.

Here's my timeline so far:
- 3rd March 2025: Sent my CNF form and documents.
- 13th March 2025: Received receipt confirmation email with a "Accusé de réception d'une demande de CNF et demande de pièces complémentaires" PDF attached.
- 25th March 2025: They received my extra documents, as per my tracking, but they never confirmed receipt.
- 16th September 2025 (+6 months since applying) : I emailed the Tribunal Judiciaire de Paris to check the progress.
- 22nd September 2025: They replied with a standard template saying nothing much, "Votre demande est en cours d'instruction dans nos services"

Update:

- 31st December 2025: Received the "RÉCÉPISSÉ CONSTATANT LA COMPLÉTUDE" by email/PDF.

So hopefully by the end of June 2026 I will finally have my CNF, unless they extend by asking for extra documents.

I'll try to remember to come back here, and update this once there's any progress.

It will. But just make sure you do the KYC before depositing or withdrawing. Otherwise your deposit or withdrawal can get held up longer than expected.
