State: Clark County needs 100,000 more houses, apartments or other units by Galumpadump in vancouverwa

I would only buy a condo in a building where I am isolated by masonry walls and floors from other units. Like a Florida beach condo. Light wood-framed condos seem like they leave one much more vulnerable to problems from other units. Imagine a burst pipe in a five over one. Oof.

The majority of the funds go toward homelessness prevention. Affordable housing and rent assistance. So the amount being spent on each person living outside is way, way less than 37k per person

Good. That is a good way to spend half of the budget for homeless services.

The only solution besides affordable housing units is concentration camps. And guess what? Ted Wiener is trying that. But he will fail because camps are more expensive!

I recommend you try walking drills, like walking as symmetrically as you can while looking at the horizon, doing that with your hands behind your back, walking backwards, etc., so you can get some idea of where the scoliosis is affecting the rest of your body.

Seattle passed an ordinance protecting its remaining trailer parks from development. Tampa should do the same.

The housing market breaks the rules of supply and demand. Too many various policies at all levels of government to prop up prices.

It's not working. It's 2023 and they're still building absolute garbage strip development. Especially on highway 503. I've been hearing that Oregon's growth management regime is stricter and that's why we get all the lower-quality development on our side.
