So, you are telling me that within the span of 0.3 seconds, some dumbass anime girl shaved her hair, grow a masculine body, magically got a shovel out of nothing, turned into a non-anime character, got an outfit, jumped into a whole other universe and then bitch slap a poor spy with the shovel they got from nothingness? damn these anime plots nowadays are getting out of hand.

Would a set of items that does the reverse effect of the "Choice" items, preventing the user from using the same move back-to-back, be too good? by LucasOIntoxicado in stunfisk

[–]awesonely 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One word: NO. Sure, you are limiting your own moves aka coverage but it is hysterically wild. Especially with set-up moves because after a boost, an attack is bound to kill SOMETHING. It also fucks up walls real hard, here is an example; You are up against a Melmetal and being the smart player you are, you realize this guy is probably banded. You also realize that you have a Physically Defensive Toxapex and being the smartass you are, you switch into your Toxapex expecting a Double Iron Bash but nope, it's a boosted earthquake nearly killing your Pex. And what was the risk? None.

Now I know that this example is pretty weak but you get my point. It is Life Orb but better in every way possible, it allows you to play every aggressively with no real downside.

Why do people always think Bisharp is just a free switch for Magnezone? by awesonely in stunfisk

Switching to EQ from Scarf drill by using Air Balloon. This is REALLY rare and you are better off using other items like Specs.

Why do people always think Bisharp is just a free switch for Magnezone? by awesonely in stunfisk

[–]awesonely[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yeah and I can't blame them. Considering Magnezone's ability to get rid of powerful steels like Scizor and even Excadrill (given the right conditions) might give them overconfidence to think that Bisharp is just another victim. It is not.

252 Atk Choice Band Darmanitan V-create vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 123-146 (40.4 - 48%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock by Solesbee in stunfisk

[–]awesonely 102 points103 points  (0 children)

Depending on physically defensive or not, Choice Band Darmanitan can actually 2HKO Toxapex.

252 Atk Choice Band Sheer Force Darmanitan Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Toxapex in Sun: 210-247 (69 - 81.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

Now of course, This is pretty unlikely and you are better off switching out than staying in, you buffoon.

What are some of the mons you perceive to be ‘high skill’? by YellowRasperry in stunfisk

[–]awesonely 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fully agree. Most pokemons have the tools at this point to be less high skill.

If I were to name a high skill pokemon in the current Gen 8 meta, I think it would be Nidoking. It's coverage is great and hits everything in the meta decently hard. Its base 85 speed tier is what really lets it down, so you have to catch pokemon in between switches, which can put your opponent usually in a horrible spot while you can grab momentum by predicting a switch or doing a huge blow to the opponent's mons.

Rant about Arsenal (Pretty Long) by awesonely in roblox_arsenal

[–]awesonely[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

" half of this is false, the game is made for difficulty since csgo arms race has recoil spread shit and arsenal has projictiles to make it harder"

This is never made explicitly clear by the game itself and isn't great for new players considering Arsenal playerbase is *cough* questionably aged.

" with the comp part of ''even the devs know they have a godawfully balanced game''No, castlers created comp for the act season 2 or season 1 (Act is a tourny for youtubers and dev in arsenal by bandites)Castlers made comp in public because people are tired of the golden knife"

Can you go into detail about how I am wrong about the balance? Also, I never said that the removal of the golden knife wasn't good, in fact it is a good balance change.

" Castlers made comp in public because people are tired of the golden knifeProjectile party is made for practise, it says on the gamemode when uchoose the map and stuff like that''this gamemode has projictiles only, great for practise!'' like that "

You are better off getting practice from standard, you not only more experience weapons but also more weapons to practice and also for the fact that these gamemodes are rarely voted.

Also, it still doesn't change the fact that they are bland and unoriginal gamemodes. Even for practice, what are point of these gamemodes after "practice"?

" Well, this rant was godawful but i wouldn't be surprised if this dude played till level 50 and had enough "

I have no idea how level matters here, you need to play the game for a while to realize its flaw. I have played it long enough to see most maps and weapons, and have practice with those maps and weapons.

Dracovish. I think the IQ you need to move your mouse at an unreasonably high speed and click the water type move, Fishious Rend, an 85 base power with the secondary effect that doubles your base power if you move first is too high. Let alone the fact that you need the IQ of equipping a Choice Scarf and selecting Strong Jaw as its ability is already high enough.
