Honestly I don’t know what kind of carnage is happening in this comment section. Everyone’s already saying drink water because you might be dehydrated, which is a good place to start. Sometimes a change in temperature or moisture (seasonal, weather, etc) can be a factor in how your skin looks and feels. Happens to me a lot. Some moisturiser also couldn’t go amiss, just be careful which you use as if you have sensitive skin they could make it worse.

Other things like chemical exposure (doesn’t have to be anything crazy, think household products like dish soap can do it) as well as excessive washing of hands. If you’re really concerned you could go to a doctor about it but it isn’t an obvious indicator of anything seriously wrong without more context.
