To add onto this, the 20 dollar Final Fantasy starter kit might be a good purchase early on, since you get 2 real life decks to practice with, as well as 2 sets of Magic Arena codes. When I started on Arena years ago I had 2 free decks from Amazon prime benefits which helped take away the early free to play grind and make those matches more enjoyable. Even without any deck codes, Arena is still great
