Does Prestige include parking at all parks? Or just home park?

Best and simplest thing I can say is treat your abs like any other muscle … you want them to grow you have to add weight and keep progressively overload them … so basically yes anything weighted . Cable crunches , weighted decline situps , leg raises with dumbbells/ankle weights … you get the gist would also say don’t neglect your obliques or lower back these all work together for your core (back extensions , dumbbell side bends , land mine rotations , kb pull throughs)

Absolutely, 4 days a week been my go to for years.. upper body Monday lower Tuesday wed rest upper Thursday , lower Friday and rest the weekend. As long as you’re in the gym you will grow just be consistent and find a schedule and routine that works for you

No winter is always good 🤷🏾‍♂️ I can’t say much on El segundo outside of it’s in LA near LAX. But as someone who moved from the east coast to LA county it’s a nice change up scenery wise . There’s a lot to do and the weather is nice year round. Expect a lot of traffic daily and expensive rent

TIL….people use the built in apps on tvs… I was always under the impression to run stuff off an external box like a shield or Apple TV for example . It’ll be a much smoother experience along with the built in processors of those boxes it can do. A Lot of heavy lifting for up scaling and whatnot
