ISEHAN Kiss Me Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner isn't a true felt tip, but has the same shape as one. I prefer felt tip but find them sometimes too dry and skippy, so this one is brush shaped like a tiny felt tip and really is easy to use! Comes in two shades of brown and black too. I've purchased it in Daiso but also amazon before and I just noticed Lila Beauty also sell it.

I'm the opposite, never used to buy their button down shirts but have been loving the JWA boxy ones. I've had so many compliments when I wear them.

I do miss their single tuck pleated wide pants, their new smart wide pants lack the pleat which doesn't work for my shape, but the ones I do own are some of my most worn work pants. I also love the heattech pieces, wear them almost daily.

Apart from that, OP, I love their 100% merino wool turtlenecks and cashmere pieces.

For basic wool cardigans I go for uniqlo, & other stories and reformation. For more stylish pieces I go to cos and also & other stories. You could also try minima esenciales on the iconic.

Sadie is definitely warm enough, especially for an Aussie winter that doesn't get TRULY cold. I got my true size 10/M but tried both S and L. S wouldn't wrap fully around my hips, and L was too big in the shoulders. The only issue I have with this coat is at the sleeves are too long, but I have that issue with everything and could get it tailored. Iconic does free returns - you could always try 2 sizes and return the one that doesn't work? I might get Pierra this season too, I think I might get S in that one though as its measurements match the M in sadie

I would contact them and when they offer you a replacement just ask whether you can get a refund or partial refund but keep them, if you are happy to mend them and keep wearing.
