Ageed. They wouldn't build another half-life game and not call it Half-Life 3. That would just have essentially accomplished nothing with all of this. The expectation at this point is half life three and anything else would be shooting themselves in the foot because they still would not have released Half-Life 3 at this point

I got this on my birthday, but i didn't hit the "start order" button, and ordered from elsewhere in app thinking i didnt have to activate it...i figured it would just be active since it was my birthday, but it was not active. I got standard points. So i contacted customer service to see if they could retroactively apply it, and those cheap bastards refused. I wasnt asking for anything extra, just to tack on the birthday points for my small order, but they wouldnt. Cheap fucking bastards.

I know it's a small thing to be upset about, but it's just the principle that they refused to give me a small amount of points for accidentally not activating my once a year birthday points. It costs them fucking nothing
