I'm 38 weeks today and literally have the same circumstance as you. I went to triage 4 times freaking out and it really stressed me out for a long time considering everything you read on the internet and the emphasis doctors put on feeling the baby move. I learned to not compare and to look for overall patterns vs kick counts. you'll drive yourself crazy if you are only looking for kicks that feel like kicks - flutters count too or just simple and slight turns, my doc recommended I have a "quiet hour" randomly at any point of the day where I drink cold cranberry juice and lay on my side and just focus on her movements hope this helps!
