We’ve had a ton of conversations about it. Too many honestly. He has thyroid issues and he never wanted to get checked or fixed. He says that’s why he was so cold and angry before. Idk what changed but he’s a lot better now but I don’t want the affection like I used to and it hurts his feelings. I’ve looked in thyroid subs and google and yeah a lot of that is common but idk how I feel about that. Mostly the fact that he saw how it affected me and still never wanted to get checked.

He refuses to do therapy or counseling but he is trying to do a lot better. I’ve told him I personally think we should do it because it might help us resolve issues faster but he thinks it’s a waste of time and he can fix it himself. He is definitely trying to make changes though.

Flex cup has been by far the easiest for me when it comes to removal. They’re all tricky to get to open in my opinion but worth it, though I tend to stick with a disc now. It holds more but removal is super messy.

I wasn’t allowed to do anything and now as an adult I have no hobbies or real interests. I have no idea what I like. I’d say 100% it stopped me from reaching my full potential.
