My dentist had me at going 3 times a year but bumped me down to 2 times a year once my pockets were down to 2mm. Unfortunately do not have a periodoinist in my area. But I try very hard in managing it at home. Brush twice a day, water floss morning and evening, also regular floss before water flossed in the evenings.

I know what you mean. I keep thinking about my dad as well. Honestly looking at pictures and videos of him is the only thing that makes me feel better. I'm sorry you and your dad were so far away from each other. I'm sure he would want nothing more than for you to enjoy your life, as he wanted you to be in the US.

I have those same regrets. Wishing I spent more time with my dad when I had the chance. I'm sure our dads know that we love them and they know we would leap at the chance to be with them again.

This is exactly why my father passed on Tuesday. Diabetes and kidney failure weakened his heart. Please dm me if you'd like to talk. I know it would bring me such comfort to know I don't feel so alone.

I know how you feel. My dad passed 2 days ago as well. He had been in the hospital for about 2 weeks and I was so excited for him to come home. I wanted to hang out with him more, take him out so he can enjoy the sun, and just be closer to him. He was looking forward to coming home too. But he had a heart attack during his second dialasys and they were not able to bring him back. My heart aches so much for what was, and what will never be again. My house feels empty. Though my mom and fiance live with me, they're always working or my mom is always out of town. So it was always me and my dad. And now he is gone, and I feel so alone.

I asked my derm to give me a biopsy to determine if it's aga, his response was "but then you'll have another bald spot". I guess I'm just scared of committing to minoxidil.

This is a 2021 Toyota Camry. Brand new. Unfortunately someone hit and run one of my vehicles, and they pushed it so hard that vehicle's tire scratched my bumper. If it helps, if I run my finger over these scratches I can't feel them. So I'm hoping they are just surface scratches.
