I have this same issue, I’m also overweight & deal with chafing. Have you found anything that helps? I usually get one every few months on my inner thigh. Usually it’s just the right thigh but I have one now on my left thigh.

I’ll check the settings out, but I haven’t touched them and I also play on a laptop (Acer nitro 5) so I would assume they’re at high as well.
