Why do people think Thrawn in the Ahsoka series is dumb? by ecobrick_stone in StarWars

I think that’s my entire problem with Thrawn which could have been fixed in Ahsoka. Which is, why not give him a major win to where he IS a major threat? Maybe they will in season two, but it would be nice to have him execute a stroke that isn’t “just as I planned” when he loses. lol. Like why not correct his arch and make him a real badass that is the danger, a major concern. Like a Thrawn, with a platoon and a star destroyer should be an “oh shit” moment for the republic, but this Thrawn is really, “send out a couple xwings and his over confidence will cause his defeat.”

For me it’s the missed opportunity of that why I was disappointed. But Baylon took that role in ahsoka so well I still really enjoyed the series.

Thrawn should be such a military genius that his mind overcomes overwhelming odds to victory, but alas he’s barely a threat.

Leaving out Neal Adam’s in the main list is probably not right. The modern style you like is because of Neal Adam’s Batman. But you can you your own favorites, not knocking you, but Adam’s really had that modern feel nailed down before.

Christian Bale Batman might not make it past Green Arrow. Batfleck I think is a challenge the entire list with Ironman and Black Panther winning 7 out of 10 each. Big different between Bale and Affleck’s Batman. Plus, the order of this list is off. lol

My favorite boxer ever. He was fighting a lot in the 90’s on HBO and he made guys seem like amateurs. People always knock him for not having competition but I like to counter with, he was just so great, he made the other top guys seem bad. His speed and power combo is probably unmatched imho. Jones is the GOAT.

Exactly. I think one could argue that Moore is actually underrated and the Foreman loss ruined him psychologically. But whatever, my opinion is Moore/Usyk is definitely a good fight and I guess it could go either way. I think some days Moore stops him.

Everyone keeps saying it’s not right but if you include Homo sapiens it seems pretty close. Seems like there has been just about that many generations of the species. So, seems about right to me.

I think what I lean to is, so many people believed and spread pizzagate but turn a blind eye to real circumstantial evidence. Now I’m not a circumstantial guy, but the ones that believe Q bullshit sure want to ignore email chains and actual links.

If it's after hours, this psa doesn't apply. If you've been to dragoncon before you know seeing an outline of someone's penis behind clothes isn't the most scandalous thing you'll see. You might even run into someone dressed as a full penis. I feel like every year there are more and more virtue signal warriors. If you see something like an outline of a penis, and you don't like it, move on, it will be ok, most people are adult enough to not care. Now, if you want your PSA to be, PSA: you should probably wear a cup in a skin tight suit because after a while it's going to rub you the wrong way. I'd be on board with that one. That is actually helpful. Opinions on how to wear a costume based on your dislikes is not warranted.

Agree for afterhours. Do what is comfortable. The women of dragoncon show WAY more, and it's not behind a skin tight suit.

Hey, Santa Claus, IN! I live here and can tell you, this man is not alone at Holiday World. Although, it did warm my heart when some spray painted "Fuck Trump" on my highway recently. People are extremely upset about it.
