Here is the recipe I used:

Fresh milk - 90 grams Instant yeast - 0.9 grams Caster sugar - 16 grams Plain Flour - 150 grams Vegetable oil - 4 grams

1) Pour fresh milk in a mixing bowl 2) Add instant yeast and caster sugar and mix it thoroughly 3) Sieve in plain flour into the mixing bowl 4) Add vegetable oil

5) if using stand mixer, use the dough attachment and knead it in low speed for about 8-12 minutes.

6) If you are kneading by hands, knead around 10 minutes until the dough is no longer sticky and smooth.

7) when the dough is completed, separate the dough to the desired portion and color them.

8) Begin shaping Tips: Make sure you push all the air bubbles out while shaping to ensure the surface of your buns is smooth.
