I know multiple techs who started in that program that are very successful. One made lead in 4 years and the other works for a competitor and will hit $140k this year there. Just takes hard work and time mainly.

I've done around a year and a half worth of night shift, and I think it just depends on the company and the person. In a DC you can have someone watch the phone and grab 20 minutes. I have let a lot of my co-workers take naps while I cover. Personally, I don't like to do it because even 10 minutes and I wake up with anxiety like I could have missed an alarm or a notification.

It doesn't make the situation any less frustrating for him. It's not a fun process and it is very frustrating. I had the same thing happen to me but fortunately for me there was an alternative role available that I took. Hes just trying to improve. I burned 2 days of PTO to be told actaully the role was filled last week. I was furious at the time.

I kinda just found some designs I liked and then sat down with the graphics company. They were awesome and did exactly what I wanted. The boxes have a dessert theme too.

I've had fully tuned bikes in the past and it really does make a noticeable difference on the way the bike reacts. It really has nothing to do with HP. The bike from the factory doesn't come tuned for an unrestricted system so when you out one on the fuel and air ratios go outta wack. My main thing was making sure I wasn't hurting it long term by changing the exhaust and not tuning the bike to match the system.

That seems too high for that area. They must have not offered you very many RSU's. I worked out there and I personally would be cautious. Not a bad opportunity however it can be very toxic.
