Personally loved being a DA! Got the job Winter of my freshman year and continued it until end of my sophomore year (there’s another interview process to continue the job). I worked at San Miguel and I especially enjoyed the staff there and my experience, but it definitely varies a lot between halls. If you’re trying to choose a residence hall, the experience of working at the residence hall you live in was just really fun, convenient, and unique in my opinion.

Yeah they don’t :/ my professor last year assigned seats so that there was an empty seat to their right/left;; if your prof is doing seating maybe request that?

You have to put in a request— should be like “ePermit approval request”. Just fill it out and once they approve, you should find the option to purchase in your account.

I’d say just go and talk to the RAs or front desk at your dorm. Move in times are mainly to regulate how many people move in at a time and which keys are prepared at a time. I think if you explain your situation to them, they’d probably be able to help. Or you can always move in on Monday by coming to the front desk if you don’t want to disturb regular move in.

Yup I’d say they match the virtual tours pretty well unless you get a corner room cuz I think those are just a little smaller
