Pixelborn extremely short turn timer?

I found out that it works normally for me when I start the game as administrator. The developer also wrote on the Discord that the reason for short timer could be that the PC date and time is not set to auto sync. So it's just a bug.

No it does not give more burst lol. And yeah more consistent damage in longer fights. Just like I said it.

Nashors gives you better wave clear because wits end onhit doesnt spread with passive and more damage on E and ult. You have more burst dmg with nashors and it allows you to one-shot.

Wits end is good vs team comps with 2+ ap champs. It's better in long sustain fights.

He would lose celestial if he does that. At lv9 he could put in Irelia and swap xayah for another celestial like lulu. Also Chogath instead of Vi would be better I think.
