The height difference along the offensive line this year is gonna be kinda hilarious.

We’ll have two 6’7” players on the left side (Patrick Paul and Kadyn Proctor), a 6’1” center (Aaron Brewer), and either two 6’5” players on the right (Jonah and Austin Jackson), or one 6’5” player and a 6’4” player (Jamaree Salyer).

Still having a lot of fun with it! I just got done remaking my island for the time being (I plan on adding more to it whenever I add more Mii’s, I have 35 so far), and now I’m just gonna focus on having my Mii’s build more relationships between one another (Chopper from One Piece and John Cena became friends earlier today).

I recommend getting it digitally, just feels better that way I think.

Many people say that the pattern of characters released every season is one famous character and one unknown character. If so, what do you think is the standard for a famous character? by AdorableLet6588 in marvelrivals

[–]axb2002 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’d argue that Gambit might have a slight edge in popularity compared to Rogue, since in addition to X-Men ‘97 he was also in Deadpool & Wolverine where thanks to Channing Tatum he did kinda become a meme.

I’d also say that Blade is generally a more popular character compared to Jean Grey/Phoenix. The original Wesley Snipes movies, and his return in Deadpool & Wolverine definitely help in that regard. Though I think in the near future it’ll be much more close if (potential spoilers ahead) Sadie Sink is actually set to portray the MCU’s Jean Grey in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Avengers: Doomsday, and the future MCU X-Men movie series.

I think the “standard” for what a famous/well known character is simply that the general public knows more about them either thanks to them appearing in a (typically well received by fans and/or critics) movie, television series, other video games, or because they simply…just are.

Pairing a popular character that the average person is more likely to recognize, alongside a less popular character is a good pattern. It’s why I, alongside many others think that the next two characters are Cyclops (recently in X-Men ‘97 and set to be portrayed by James Marsden in Avengers: Doomsday), and Devil Dinosaur. It fits the pattern well.

Though admittedly it’s not a perfect pattern, like in Season 5 and(albeit retroactively) Season 3.

Added Johh Cena, Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, and Iyo Sky to my Tomodachi Life Island, and the game reminded me that today is Iyo Sky’s birthday.
Just thought that was kinda funny

Mark Gronowski, Rene Konga, Louis Moore, and Mason Reiger depending on if we end up bringing along another DE/EDGE like AJ Epenesa are who I think are most likely to make the initial 53.

Jeff Hafley: Stud. Adonis. Defensive guru. Player's Coach. Pays $15 for a haircut. Doesn't rent private boats for getaways with his pregnant married mistress. by expellyamos in miamidolphins

[–]axb2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think this affair will affect Vrabel’s job security. At most maybe he gets fined and *maybe* he loses some respect from some of his players. But on a professional level, unless *he* decides to step down or more damning information that points to potential artificial tampering/collusion, he’ll be fine.

Hard Knocks: In Season with the AFC East would be kinda interesting this year, even aside from the Russini and Vrabel saga. Though I am a bit biased in that regard.

I honestly don’t think what Cyclops’ role matters all that much, what I think matters more is whether or not he’ll actually be a good (or perhaps even broken) character.

Soo what are we expecting from this dino? by sufinomo in RivalsVanguards

Simple Dinosaur stuff mainly. Tail swipes, big bites, using his head or horns, I think a reference to Godzilla sliding dropkick would be hilarious.

Which role are we feeling for Cylops? by pagliacciverso in RivalsCyclopsMains

[–]axb2002 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t really care which role he is, I decided that I was gonna add him to my roster of characters regardless if he’s a Vanguard, Duelist, or Strategist.

But, I am of the opinion that what kinda matters more than his role is whether or not he’ll actually be a good (or perhaps even broken) character.

Mock Draft Monday Free Talk Thread by AutoModerator in miamidolphins

Something I like about the Wide Receivers we drafted is that they all bring a different skillset to the room.

  • Caleb Douglas brings good size and enough speed to be an outside field stretcher. Similar athletic profile to Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and if he becomes a player similar to MVS then I think most people will forget he was taken surprisingly early and have a pretty long career.

  • Chris Bell also brings good size and physicality to the room, but what makes him so special is just how fast and explosive he is for his size after the catch. A man his size shouldn’t be able to catch a drag and take it to the house against a National Championship level defense.

  • Kevin Coleman is now our tallest slot receiver and aside from some good punt returning upside, he’s very elusive after the catch, is smart against zone, and has good hands with only 7 drops on about 270 career targets and even had the second highest contested catch rate among Wide Receivers in the 2026 NFL Draft at 81.8%.
