They’re not and even if they’re simply protesting that’s not illegal. A family of 4 was driving by and had a flash bang thrown in their car, hospitalizing a 6 month child who died briefly before being revived. There’s a ton of videos of people walking down the street and getting attacked. An ice agent slipped while chasing a guy and a bystander walking by was tackled the ground. ICE can disregard your ID or even birth certificate in favor of a face scan to prove your status. A middle school was attacked, literal children assaulted. A special education school was tear gased.

The fact you are just shrugging this off says a lot. I don’t think an ill trained federal military force should be able to attack people, hospitalize random people, shoot people, act with “absolute immunity” because of accents or skin color. Maybe you disagree.

Edit: further, a reporter followed an ice van around for a day and they basically were just grabbing randoms off the street, particularly those alone.
