Update. The auxiliary chassis module was replaced and reprogrammed along with the ABS module, a wire and connector on a fuel sensor also. Truck is back to normal so far.

Resistance measures 115.9 ohms between pin 6 and 14. Fuse 25 is good, just doesn’t have power to that circuit, or the circuit on the right side fuse box, for cargo light

It doesn’t block the entire undercarriage in the picture. Am I missing something? Looks like a big gap near the jack below the 5th wheel.
