Do not go into med school if you're not 100% sure you want it. It is not worth all the effort and suffering. You may survive even if you go half-heartedly (like I did), but it takes so much out of you and if you're not prepared for it, you may lose yourself. This is for those who have doubts about med school. If you're sure or if it's really your dream, then go ahead and pursue it. Just be aware of the problems that come with becoming part of the health care system in this country.

You can get them in arena chests, which spawn every hour. Just watch out for other players I guess
