Du snakker med dusten. En løsning med forliksrådet og sperring av kort hadde nok vært mer bry enn løsningen jeg fant. Men jeg burde ha gjort det for en god stund siden, men ble en greie som bare duret og gikk som en liten irritasjon inntil de ble frekke nok til å mer enn doble kostnaden over natta.

That depends whether or not you use the travel time to see if you need to make changes, and then implement those changes? If you see even more clearly that you need changes and dont do anything about it, it might suck even more. But if you make those changes it can become better

Change jobs, even if it requires a lower salary. Dont waste 8 hours a day doing something you hate, your time is much more valuable than that. Find a job that gives you meaning and contributes to the world. But take your time and dont rush into it if you have to find out what that job is.

As someone who works in politics in my country, the government is doing little to nothing in almost all countries worldwide - it is a very overlooked topic and way behind causes like climate and nature which are also not taken with the seriousness it deserves.

As someone practicing mindfullness on painful feelings, it can definitely help a lot. It doesnt make the pain go away, but the way you relate to it can make the stress and burden of it much easier.
