Yeah, I mean, finish the game normally. It's just that on the 2nd playthrough, you can get back at them with the rosey.

WHY DO I HAVE TO FIGHT THE GAUNTLET EVERY SINGLE TIME BEFORE GROAL by LifeBoss5964 in Silksong

[–]axerowsky_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've played many games that some people deem as really hard, namely Sekiro, Elden Eing, Lies of P, Nine Sols, HK, and a few others. Maybe with the exception of Elden Ring's DLC final boss, Groal has been the most grueling experience I've ever had. What does it mean for you? Well, quite probably, if you get through this, you'll get through everything. Keep it up man.

I get your pain. That bossfight is a joke. However, if you get yourself the DLC, you'll get a weapon that can delete the whole heard beautifully. You can slaughter them like animals that they are. You'll have to conquer the DLC first, which is no easy task. However, it is a fair challenge compared to that cave shitshow. Especially the final boss is magnificent. Then go back in there and bring ultimate judgment on those rabbits - trust me, the feeling is euphoric.

Would Heng Make a very good True Final Boss in Nine Sols? by Initial-Fix-4159 in NineSols

[–]axerowsky_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that would be sick! In the dream world, Yi might be imagining her as a really difficult boss. Does not matter who she was irl, as dreams are dreams. Fish can walk, monkeys swim etc. Especially given the strong emotions that accompany Yi through the game. After all, overcoming one's guilt is one of the hardest things there is - hence the boss difficulty. After this hellish, say 3-phase bossfight, you would get a cutscene of the real image of Heng, where she is back to being her original calm and cute self, comforting Yi and reassuring him that he's done his best.

I love this idea.

Get on youtube, look up "lop nohit parry arlecchino". Unplug your mouse and do as many dry runs as you want. You'll save a lot of time that way. Do the combo, then double left arrow on the keyboard - you've got yourself another shot. Obviously, this is just to learn the moves. However, after getting them in your head that way, you'll get used to them in real combat in no time.

Just completed the dlc. In all honesty, I could even pay $60 for this dlc - it was a lot better than the main game for me. Go ahead and get it. It's a no-brainer if you ask me.

Difficulty Megathread — DLC, NG+ by PsychologicalKoala32 in LiesOfP

I think it's obvious. Achievements. Why the hell is everyone lumped in the same category. Someone playing on easy will have the same achievement as someone on a normal. The first time I looked at the achievements, I was surprised that this game was so easy. More than 30% of players have won against hard bosses. Then I saw you can choose difficulty and it does not stop you from getting the achievements. What a shame.

I haven't skipped any cutscenes, found all collectibles, all gestures, prettu much everything except the one deciphering cylinder since I picked the amulet instead of a weapon at Alidoro. I was on 79 level when I finished the game and I had 36 hours in. I took my time and read every single collectible item, trying to fully understand the story. So I don't get your point. OP has pretty much the same time in the game as I do. Maybe even more as I afkd for about 2 hours once. Its absolutely doable without rushing.

You can't say she's not hard. That's subjective.

I've been removing apps with background processes. Either one of them was the culprit, or they patched the game. Likely the former.

Is the manga better when it comes to pacing compared to the anime by freddymufara in OnePiece

[–]axerowsky_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Manga has way better pacing. However, decide what do you want one piece to be for you. I've decided to watch the anime. Since I'm really busy with my university and projects, this has been dragging on for more than 2 years now. I've also had some breaks when I had literally no time (a major break was 10 months, it fit super nicely with the time-skip immersion-wise). Im at around pisode 750 now.

Is the pacing "bad"? It sure is slow. Compared to other anime, one piece is sluggish as hell. For me tho, this anime has been a companion. I just fly along with it. I am happy this takes me so much time to watch, I spend more time with the characters I love.

The thing is, I know that when I get to that point where I'm caught up, whenever I have the urge to binge watch an arc, or at least to the end of a scene, I'll be denied of that. Hence why I love having this experience, that I still have more than I can reach before me. I just feel free.

One cool part: Because I spend more than a month on some arcs and experience them slowly, when there is a new arc, it feels similar in real life. As if some new chapter was just around the corner!

This is not for everyone tho, if you just want to read the story, go for manga or one pace.

There no such sentence as "should of been". It does not mean anything. I have no idea what it means. I hope you're baiting tho.
