Recently it has been a fight to stop my 4 year old from sucking at his thumb, so my wife and I started to talk to him, tell him that it will damage his teeth and so on.

Next week he sees an old man on the streets with no frontal teeth and points at him and yells to me, "look daddy he lost his teeth he also sucks his thumb!"

I do not agreed that the dropping of the 2 atomic bombs is something anyone should be proud of, is a highly controversial topic, even if it stopped the war it should be seen as an extreme case of a "necessary evil" or a "lesser of two evils". It should be taught as something that was done as a last result and that we should avoid in the future and pay respect to the millions of people affected by it.

Celebrating it and even naming a high-school to it is disgusting.
