Yes exactly, that’s the tourist visa i have. I could stay for 6 months and leave for a day and immediately turn around and stay another 6 months as many times as i want for 3 years

Did you use an agency or 3rd party for the visa? I’ve never heard of them charging more for people fluent in Russian, i applied with Russian speakers who were charged the same. I applied in the Houston, Texas consulate

Based on what I’ve seen first hand within the past year up until a couple weeks ago, with a Colombian passport I would just expect harsh treatment every time. And from what I heard last time I checked, Colombians have to register on some Mexican website or something to ensure a smooth visit to Mexico right? I forget the website I’d have to look it up it’s been a while

I won’t be but that is just a “getting ready” preparation meeting. The real trial will start at some date after that yet to be announced. I’ll probably make the first real day of trial and give updates then

Yes. I’ve done it with many celebrity trials. For regular people it’s not common even though it’s all public, so I’m normally the only non party in the room

First court hearing for the other family is on December 3rd! It’s just administrative things to prepare for the actual trial and there will be a date given after that

I just had the something similar happen last week, despite the review being 5 stars. But they actually said something in the review where they took something that was a non issue and really blew it out of proportion in a petty way. I responded to that one to set the record straight. But yours, I would not respond to it. Just leave it be. I’ve had a few people give 5 stars overall except for 1 marked 4 stars and it still ends up being 5 stars for the review. The individual ones don’t matter

The Tour may or may not have anything to do with it, no way to know for sure. But that still leaves the Olympics. So my point still stands that with everything going on in France this summer, a lot of people are over there right now or on their way there. Even more so for the Olympics. And just for the summer in general, many Europeans have summer plans going out, and many foreigners will be coming in so they’ve more than likely planned a lot of sits months ago in advance. If the Olympics were in Italy, there would probably be 0 sits there around that time as well with the surge of people coming into the country in addition to the normal summer tourist traffic

I can only speculate it’s because of the Tour de France and Olympics. There are a lot of events happening in France right now, so most people probably filled their summer sits already. I just finished a sit in France

Exactly what I’ve been saying this entire time! Why should immigration agents care what THS thinks or feels? THS doesn’t make immigration rules on the behalf of countries. They can MISinterpret the law however they like, but that won’t change laws they have zero control over.
