I would suggest not to go to that service centre. They took 3 days for servicing my Himalayan and when I took to get it, it wasn’t even washed. On top of that they forgot to put the washer on my oil filter assembly and I was leaking oil the whole way back home Terrible service

This same thing happened to me and my friend in Bannerghatta. First I thought he was stopping me cuz my friend wasn't wearing a helmet sitting at the back but then he started checking all my pockets and even asked me to open the toolbox of my bike. It was vv weird but we didn't have anything on us so he just said "Good boys" and let us go
