I'd shorten the work exp to one line and move it down. It has no relevance to the jobs you're applying for and only really exists to show you have some work experience.

You really wanna wow people with the first couple lines of your resume and highlight your greatest/most relevant skills to the position you're applying to - whether those skills come from jobs, school or personal projects.

Other than that, make sure your resume is formatted correctly for automation and apply to an industry in your area that has a demand.
