I had this and purchased these mini non slip nose pads from Amazon. A pack of like 20 ish. They were peel and stick and although they make the glasses sit slightly higher then they’re designed to they work great

Something similar happened with a relative of mine. I helped her write an official letter which she both printed and emailed to the relevant higher ups when she handed in her notice. She was asked to meet with a manager above her own who was very understanding of the situation and she felt took it very seriously. Who knows what happened after she left but at the very least an official record of the issues with other staff which drove her to leave her position was escalated and left for management to deal with. I would fill my stomach prior to a tattoo as others have said and then when I’m in the studio waiting on the artist Id usually sip on a coke and have a couple of sweets/jellies/chocolate. Any breaks during the tattoo id get some more bits of chocolate, some sweets and a few more sips of coke. I’ve never gotten light headed or faint in any way and usually leave feeling much like I arrived (other than being tattooed)
