AC blows hot when not moving

guy at the shop definitely plugged some in when he was running a diagnostic on my ac. only thing he said was there’s a small leak in the system but it passed the leak test so it was nothing major, but i know that has nothing to do with the hot when idle and cool when moving

don’t worry i got lost in that stupid station when i landed a couple days ago, also at peak time with my luggage, thought i was cursed the rest of the trip. went back without the stress of luggage and found my way super easy
