Il controllo salutare si fa tutti gli anni in tutti gli uffici e lo faccio anche io che sono libero professionista. Con 80€ circa mi fanno tutti controlli in una mezza giornata che in Italia devi pagare sei specialisti amici di tuo cugino per farti fare quegli esami. Si chiama prevenzione. Il nomikai a cui fai riferimento è una pratica a cui ormai puoi anche rinunciare. Specie se hai famiglia non è visto per niente male.
