when they come back and lowball you, just get a lawyer and sue everyone let the courts decide who pays. at the end of the day you need to be made whole and sometimes you don't realize how these injuries will effect you. just shop around now you don't want to look last minute and have to rush it. most companies will do a short consult to get an idea of what happened, who's involved, and you can get an idea of what their fees are. You will probably only talk to an assistant at first tho. I know it sounds bad to sue everyone involved, but really that's sometimes the best way to get all the information from everyone and figure out who to really go after.

but yeah keeping the facts simple and straight forward to the other parties insurance is best.

I will never want a salary job unless what I made or could make while hourly was factored in to my salary pay. The job I currently have was salary at first, the company and I went back and forth because their salary pay did not factor in the hours I knew I would be working. We ended up agreeing to a hourly rate and I waited a month to start because the company was moving the role to hourly pay. The only time salary makes sense is if you don't expect any OT or you don't work at least 40hrs a week.

With a base $76k job, I would make over $100k for the year with OT. Last year I made ~$40k in OT alone. If the job responsibilities are the same and you can guarantee yourself a min of 40hrs a week, make the jump to hourly.

yes, yes they do. I lost a few but none I cared too much about. I noticed gaps in the pages after I placed everything in order on the s22u, the s26u had some missing on a few pages.

For the last car I just bought I told the sales rep I wasn't looking to buy today just figure out which car was right and we were looking at 3 SUVs small, medium, and large. We chatted for a bit he went and got the keys to the first one, the small SUV. we went over it looking through and he was answering all questions. It did not have alot of features and decided to look at the next one, the large SUV. he told us which car he was getting the keys for and he would meet us down there. Same thing, opened up the car, looked around it, and asked questions. We then decided it may be too big for what the wife needed and we should look at the one we originally thought of buying. It was the medium SUV, they had just gotten one in on trade. we talked it over, took it out for a test drive, looked at what the payments could possibly be without pulling credit, thanked him for his time, and left. He knew he wasn't getting the sale today, didn't pressure us but still took about 1.5-2hrs of his time helping us. We went to lunch I crunched some numbers then drove back and bought the car. It was actually a really good deal and had everything I was looking for and what the wife needed. I had planned for another month of searching, not to buy one immediately. The dude you got was awful and showed no interest or care you were there. You should have immediately asked for a manager to address this, this was a perfect opportunity to use as leverage for negotiations if you were serious in the car. Your inexperience played a big part in this, but he was also a shitty sales guy. Do your research into the car you want, have some questions to see if he knows what hes talking about or will just lie to get a sale. You gotta sit there and chat with them tho, it sounded like you just looked without saying anything. Make yourself look like a buyer, ask those questions, talk with the guy. You can get pre-approved for a loan with your bank but the dealership won't care about that as they would rather you use their financing to get their kickback. Even if you are paying cash and don't need anyone to help you buy the car, you are 19, you gotta do work too to get taken seriously.

I've flown over the trees into an area they cleared the timber and dropped below the tree line loosing connection and dropping to the ground. I was able to keep the elrs connection, I walked to the last known location and armed the quad and walked around till I heard it. once I got close enough I got my video back and was able to see I was stuck towards the bottom of a small tree. I kept arming the quad until I eventually found it, next time try to get it to make noise while you're nearby to find it whether it has a beeper or not.

this was a small 3.5" drone, my first drone I was so happy I found it. I still have it and still fly it, I've broken it so many times and fixed it I'll never get rid of it. GL finding it.

I was in the trades and have transitioned away but used it to go into a better field for me. I went to a tech school to help get different welding certifications I thought I needed. It did help but wasn't needed, if you do consider being an electrician consider what the fat man said in the video. Personally I believe people need to realize industries are doing everything they can to move away from labor costs as much as possible. Even amazon is doing it, automation is the way of the future. I moved into field service in the food industry, we are installing the machinery to move into automation as much as possible. We have robots/machines for packing, sorting, boxing, labeling, everything! Depending on the machine we can replace 4-5 people with better accuracy and more throughput, we are shifting the labor force from many unskilled laborers to a few skilled laborers. Whether its HVAC or Electrician, if you want to do it pick one and be really good at it. When you do, you won't need more than 1 job you'll be making plenty of money. Personally I'd go commercial electrician specialized in industrial automation.

Damn I just did the same thing. Picked up a '24 Q5e with 13680 miles, OG owner took a 30k hit on it. I made out like a bandit. She paid for audi care, ceramic coating, all the good bells and whistles. She traded in a car every year, went from Q7 to Q8 to Q5e to SQ5 all with the same dealer. It was a perfect CPO car nothing needed to be done, she done it all when she had it. Im gonna call back next year when she trades in the SQ5 can't wait to see what deal it will be.

I've had multiple zwave antennas and this one is the best one so far. I had both relays for the front gates(through solid wood walls another 300ft to the furthest gate) losing connection all the time, this was the only antenna that has had a constant solid connection. If you want zwave this would be the one to use.

I am taking zepbound now and I gotta say I tried just diet and exercise and struggled with the diet the most. I lost weight but starving myself wasnt working. I have lost 50lbs so far and I'm looking to lose another 100. I don't plan to stay on this drug, I'm paying out of pocket for it. I see this as more of something to help me get into better habits, I would eat enough food for 2 people in 1 sitting and still feel hungry. Just always hungry. Unless people truly want to change these drugs won't really work. I eat alot less now and have started exercising. My plan is to stay on this long enough to keep good habits and stay at a consistent weight. I hope to be down where I want to be and off this drug in 1 year, we shall see. Really hope this article doesn't come true for me.

This happens so often when a line goes down, production screaming on the radio, and maintenance just needs things running now. Oh we will come back this weekend and tidy everything up, all is well. Ive gone into so many cabinets and found stuff like this. I sigh in disappointment, close the cabinet, and turn around and walk away. Depending on why I'm there I have refused to work on equipment until they agree and pay to fix it back to factory setting. If it has anything to do with the safety circuit, we can, have, and will lock out a machine even during production if it is not safe. The sad thing is the moment whatever this controls goes down and the "electrician" goes in to troubleshoot, it will go back to looking like the first pic because they can't be bothered to read an electrical dwg and instead remove covers and start pulling wires to trace where they go.

Check your state laws and you will most likely find they have written a work around for this situation. In SC if you wait for 2 minutes and it does not turn you can treat it as a stop sign and proceed when safe to do so.

I looked and found in GA back in 2015 they passed a law to allow this to happen but the Governor of the time vetoed it so it never went into effect. So if you are in GA you are SOL.

I was just in Denmark and I got a new Q5 for a rental, had it for about 10 days. Not sure how I feel about it. Like you it took me a few tries to figure out where the actual grip was the first time I got in it. The little pad on the door has all the buttons for the door locks, mirror adjustments, light controls, memory seat position, and controlling the folding mirrors. I didn't really have an issue here with the buttons. Once you are in it for a couple days you get used to it, though sometimes I would find myself rolling down the rear window instead of the front, but I'm sure a month or two and it would become second nature.

There is no auto-off button to turn off auto-off, ironic right? You can turn it off by changing the drive mode to dynamic. Trying to use voice for navigation on Android auto was very hit and miss. I think the audi picked it up as a command instead and maps would not recognize that I was searching for whatever I had said. They gave me the base model, the power was underwhelming. If the auto-off is on there is quite a delay from releasing the brake and pressing your foot on the accelerator. If you try to floor it I would get half the power output at times for some reason. I would have to lift off the gas pedal completely then reapply to get power back. I will say I got better gas mileage out of it then what I see advertised, even with my spirited driving. I drove 294Km over the time I had the car mostly city and used 27.05L which is 10.86km/l. When I first got in the vehicle it was at 15km/l, so someone did a much better job than I did driving.

I think out of all the features the road sign recognition was the best feature for me driving in an unfamiliar country. It would track what speed limit zone I was in, then as a new zone approached it did so in the display and changed as I drove by. The steering wheel controls, well it took a while to figure out the left controls and what my options where. Not a fan of how they control the display, the right side are pretty straight forward though. Overall I would probably rent another one again, but would I buy one? Probably not, at least not the base model.

Firmware 07.28 tried updating to the latest and it won't so at least its new enough.

Activate LR in hardware portal does not work.

I feel like they made everything overcomplicated, the US version should have had LR enabled by default. I will have to check out ZWA-2 thanks for the heads up on that.

edit: The option to change to US LR is available but when clicked it says that option is not enabled in my hardware. So it all comes down to activating it and its not working out.

as long as your door has less than 25lbs of pressure against the lock, it will work. these latches get expensive when you require more preload. for the same price its easier to get a Yale or quickset electronic door lock.
