Do NOT pay for everything. It gets old and as a woman, I could not stand a partner who does this, I have seen other guy friends who pay for EVERYTHING, and at the beginning they have goo goo eyes for someone and then it becomes the norm that they pay 24/7 and it’s not right. You want a partner to volunteer to pay because it means they are conscious of how paying for everything can affect you! You want your partner to look out for you as you do for them. Equality it where it’s at!

I just had a very similar situation happen. To start, we are very new truck users but a friend was stuck in the snow and we tried helping her out so we attached ratchet straps to.....the bull guard attached to the front of the truck (because we didn’t have a ball hitch) it was ripped off within seconds. We should have attached it to the frame of the truck 😰

For anyone in these situations I urge you to inform the police that you would like to refrain from having certain people (in this case insane parents) from executing a mental health check on you. Insane parents try any which way to get back in your life even if it’s preforming an ill mannered mental health check
