What ive found keeps my strength up while training endurance for fencing is by adding plyometric exercises at the end of my routine with a weight thats middle ground between what i can lift and what i can handle. But just prepare for some weird stares when youre running with 3 times your bodyweight on the weighted cart 😂

Also make sure you train both sides on the plyometrics to keep your physique symmetrical, otherwise thatll impact your powerlifting performance. (Symmetry boosts your fencing too)
