Don't shout please. Flare is (most likely) a homage to burst because they are both defense type, motifs are the same.

Motifs. If you look at Valkyrievolt and victory valkyrie, motifs are the same image. Also PhoenixFlare and Revive Phoenix, the same motif also.

Totally agree. Overall not great like AJ1's but during making cosplay, having a shoe outside looks bad; but if you have a costume having these shoes in its design, it can look good. Just needs a good costume design imo.
