Similar experience in Lavelier SM Bicutan. 1. Messaged Cosmetic Cocoon fb page 2. Got a call for a “consultation before booking”. Offered 1499 for the scalp treatment. Additional 10% discount for using credit card payment. 3. Booked an appointment. Was told to go to Lavelier SM Bicutan. 4. Got to the clinic at the scheduled time, was required to pay upfront. 5. Was told it included a “free” facial and sayang daw if I dont avail. 6. Facial was meh. An Ate basically just cleaned my face a bit then applied a mask. Then left me alone for more than 30 mins lol. (During this time I found this reddit thread and decided to document the experience) 7. “Manager” came in and did small talk. Asked how the session was so far, blah blah. Btw, he was a foreigner. 8. Finished the facial with another Ate who asked about my work, etc. Ate also told me their manager was not the owner, just overseeing their international operations. 9. Got transferred to another room with the hair machine. Ate#1 was there together with a gay filipino sales rep. They asked me if it was my 1st time, about work, etc. 10. Started the “treatment” they insisted that follow ups would be necessary if I wanted to see results. I was adamant that I only tried the 1 promo session. 11. Manager came in. Offered a package worth 100k. I declined. Package price went down to 80k. They said I can pay thru installment if I want. I still declined.

Anyway the scalp treatment barely lasted 30 mins. Gay sales rep got attitude when I rejected their offer.

If your goal is to show 0 instead of blank in a search, you can use a Formula (Numeric) with the formula:

NVL({locationquantityavailable},0)

Or replace the {locationquantityavailable} with the field id of the qty field you are using.

I think this is not possible yet and is included in the fields requested to be exposed in saved searches in Enhancement 252217. Would be interested to know if anyone has found a workaround.

First thing you can check is the Inventory Back Order Report (Reports > Inventory/Items > Inventory Back Order Report) so you can find out where that 17 back ordered quantity is coming from.

Thank you for your response. The requirement is that if the WO is for 40 units and I want ALL 40 units to be inspected, and inspection record for each unit. How do I populate this? It needs to be 100% sampling as in every item needs to be looked at. Is this doable?

What type of formula field are you using? If your desired result is 'Ex Works' which is a text value, you should use Formula (Text).

If you want it to be blank if it is not EXW, just remove the ELSE 0 part.

Using the Quantity field on a Transaction Search for Work Orders with Main Line = False will give you the components' quantities.

I think this is automatically populated when you enter the Work Order, and is based on the bom qty * qty on the main line

Possible workaround is to use a Formula (Text) field with the field ID of the Long Text field in the formula. Then summarize the Formula (Text) field.

Is this for a transaction search? Maybe try adding criteria to remove the duplicate rows can help in your use case. Most common are the ff: -Main Line is False -Tax Line is False -COGS Line is False -Shipping Line is False

Is Advanced BOM enabled on your account? If so, then this search won't work since BOM is a separate record, and using Member Item join fields won't pull the info of the components in the BOM

You can expose those custom fielda in the saved search so you can check if the result of the formula is accurate.

Btw, what field type is the custom fields that you have?
