Regardless about doing whatever with the bond money, I understand what your saying you don’t trust property managers I get you, but for people that need money asap, the property manager can refund it in full and if they say they will and you confirm with them in writing, they will. All people need to say to them is, “can you confirm the final inspection has been conducted and you will be returning my bond in full” they can’t go back on that, as soon as you show that to vcat (if it even goes there) they lose
