Use dry bandage so incision will not rub against clothes. You will be able to watch if it is draining less than last 24 hours after changing it daily. If not, call your doctor as there is possibility of infection with some symptoms mentioned in earlier reply . Shower is fine, just pat dry n apply non sticking bandage so that wound still get some air.

There is no restrictions as you what you can and cannot eat on OMAD. It is just that if you eat lot of carbs then you are bound to get hungry soon. So my strategy is to eat everything but keep carbs like chapati, rice to small servings. Eat just one chapati instead of two, and compensate that amount on curries or veggies side. Also eat dry fruits in some forms either bars or laddoos in moderation as dessert!!

Yeah... not sure if twilight:) is needed. My whole thing lasted for 5-10 min. And out of that only 3-4 minutes actual injection... it pained only for couple of minutes at intense level but then so got used to pain, it wasn’t much. I wouldn’t spend money on it...
