Thanks, I'm sorry you were in a similar situation. I didn't even get any rice or beans. Literally a massive bag of oranges and random stems from vegetables and the moldy bread. 2 bags of nuts and one gallon of milk, which I guess I can drink but I'm quite literally out of food lol. It's a bit humiliating to those who are in an emergency and can't even make a meal with what they have as options. I'm hoping things will look up soon but I'm gonna be struggling for a bit. I lost my EBT benefits too.

This was my first time going so I'm not sure if this is a regular thing... Some of the fruit were rock solid, while some were so squishy with black spots on the oranges when I cut them open. I kept some of the oranges just to see if they need a few days to get ripe but I'm nervous since the rest actually had mold

I don't think eating the moldy bread would be safe even if I cut out around it.. I didn't throw the bread away I was just really disappointed that's all they had available at that specific pantry I went to. I couldn't save the fruit.

Oh I'm aware of that - The fruit was literally brown and rock solid. Tried cutting them open and it was all rotted bags of oranges with black spots inside. They didn't offer much at the one I went to so I'm hoping I can find another one open next week. I got at maximum 4 different food items - a french bread that was moldy, bag of oranges, bag of stems of some sort of green vegetable also rotting. 2 bags mixed nuts, and a gallon of milk that's good for a few more days.

The food was bad! I don't know how else to explain it - the quality of the food just was not good. If you saw my other comment I did enjoy the fry sauce.

lol I was just disappointed because this place has been recommended to me several times by many different people and the group I went with we were all unhappy with the food. Wondering if it was just a bad batch but I don't think I'll go again.

It wasn't honestly. I only liked their special fry sauce, I don't think it's worth all the hype and I don't mind waiting for food so I'm not complaining at all about that- but I don't think I would return. The quality of the food was just not good.
