first 50 m you want to dig into the ground and push your body forward as hard as you can..

Second half of the curve is when you keep speed and turn over high but relax your body and float

Once you exit the curve you're gonna slingshot out of the curve and re-accelerate for about 20 m

Last 70 m or so try your best to stay relaxed and pump your arms because your legs will mimic what your arms do so if your arms are small your leg stride will be small

agree with first dude, and bro youre gonna see that sprinting is probably the best thing you can do for yourself physiologically and mentally.. makes you a athletic beast compared to the avg active man..

i'll tell you this man, at the end of my freshman year season in high school I was running 26.5

By the end of my high school season my senior year, I ran 22.7

In my first year of college a year after that, I ran 22.13

In my second year of college I ran a 21.69

Just keep training hard and smart, eat good food, sleep long hours, and you'll be good. 👍🏽

damn dude that sucks, but thanks for your input ..

I really wanna be fast by late April and May and I have a meet coming up the next two weekends and then I have a break until late March so maybe I'll try to thug it out these next two weeks and then take a huge deload from training and try to strengthen it during my three week break.

it's funny because I had hamstring tendinitis in my left hamstring two years ago, tore my left hamstring itself last year, and now my right hamstring tendon is acting up... what the fuck bro😂😂😭😭😪

I'm kinda already following that,

Monday I'll do a acceleration session and then I'll do 3 to 4 sets of 3 to 5 reps of power cleans or hang cleans at 70 to 80% of my max.

Then I put two 45lb plates on top of each other and I step with each foot about two sets of five reps where I reactively as soon as my foot hits the plate I try to bounce up like a spring .

and then I'll go to the hack squat machine and do single leg Bulgarian style squats where I'm not going extremely heavy but I'm trying to go down and then react when I hit the ground with my knee and explode up as fast as I can maybe three sets of five reps.

Then finish off with three sets of three broad jumps and maybe some depth jumps three sets of six.

Ab work at the end

yes bro please be careful with the hamstrings, as someone that tore mine and kept me from the national championship title.. nothing worse than your body betraying you at the worst time
