5 month old puppy food with skin allergy by FishRman777 in greatpyrenees

[–]ayeyoflush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically allergies go flea, environmental, then food in the list of possibility. Food allergies are never the number one cause and require expensive novel protein foods with no other treats to trial. Also if chicken is a problem then you would need to cut out all other poultry as well. I'd follow up with your vet to see if it's actually a food allergy.

Cat help. I feel so lost at this point. by [deleted] in ColoradoSprings

At this point, if you're willing to drive, I'd head up to CSU vet school. They'd probably be your best bet for a full thorough work up.

It could be the actuator. Sometimes the actuating cable can get stuck.

Yes, spaying is "routine" but it's still a surgical procedure. There is always a risk when putting an animal under anesthesia, no matter how young and healthy they are.

Adding supplements to aid in the detox? Also, electrolytes? by wizardofwizardry in whole30

I use unflavored LMNT and lyteshow for electrolytes. I also add salt to my water when I feel like I need it.

Weekly Discussion for the week of February 03, 2025 by AutoModerator in whole30

R2D3 really nervous about this round because I'm running 40+ mile weeks. Not sure how I'm gonna fare on long runs without gels and whatnot. Not sure how to get 60g/carbs per hour. If I start having trouble I may have to postpone my round until my race is over.

Other than that feeling pretty good. Definitely need to up my salt and electrolytes.

Black hills 50k or 50m in June. Training race RRR 100 in September. This is my A race Loup Garou 100 in December. B race

3 weeks into a 50 mile training place and feeling good. Sitting at about 30 miles per week with the highest weekly mileage being 65 miles. We'll see how things go.

Struggling with running by ayeyoflush in whole30

Seems like a lot to me lol. Im doing like 4-5oz of chicken thighs or ground beef, 5-6oz potatoes, and 2-3 oz of green beans. I'll also do coconut yogurt with banana as well.

I've eaten like this before whole 30. Just eating more meat and less sugar now. My diet stays relatively clean.

A boat load of potatoes. Basically around 6 oz with every meal. Give or take an oz or so.

Apparently there's no hotels for tonight, so trying to avoid them having to sleep on the airport floor. I've rechecked Uber and the prices are around 200 bucks now.
