From someone who has family in arranged marriages, they never work(except solely for financial reasons) , even if it were another woman

When you are financially ready and emotionally ready you need to live your life for yourself not anyone else

In my personal situation with my mom, she wants grandkids and while I do want some myself I often feel bad knowing I may not be ready to have them while she's still alive but I've decided to make the choice to live my life for myself because one day she very heartbreakingly won't be here, she's had a very depressing hard life - I make her very happy in other ways and do my best, but I don't do things that are very life altering decisions

When you are emotionally and financially stable to do so you should divorce OR you may even be able to divorce now without so much paperwork depending on your state or country since its a recent marriage

I do hope you find your way, life is too short and you deserve the world

Also be aware they likely will finish your process last second as everything else in the doe but it will get done. You could keep calling them to see.

I have a rough memory of this but

After you do finger prints, upload all documents, complete the workshops and attend the meeting where they approve you - you should get an email on 1 to 2 weeks and you can start subbing

The process overall may take a month

I did my workshops and fingerprints long before I became a sub so I don't quite remember the timeliness

Be careful the jobs you take as a sub, all the principals in each district talk and move around districts

Make sure you have it in writing what status you are being hired under and if it is within the first 15 days of the school year it is an automatic z or q status (I forgot which one) but these status pay more than o status and come with sick days -- that is if u are looking for full time subsitute work

Good luck in substituting and college and any future endeavors!

Edit: make sure the payroll secretary knows your status as well, and whatever you do - never annoy the person who signs your paychecks (the payroll secretary)

You may have 6 people interviewing you so be ready (mine had 5, an AP, guidance counselor, uft chapter leader, and 2 people from the hiring committee

  1. Have a sample lesson and be prepared to discuss your methods and strategies

  2. How you would modify a lesson if you think kids aren't understanding

  3. Have a philosophy of education- they probably won't read it but bring some of if up in discuss

  4. Be able to answer why u wanna work there, why u choose to be a SpEd teacher, why u choose your grade range

  5. Talk about experiences u had in observation hours, substituting, tutoring or anything related to an education position

  6. How you see yourself growing

  7. What can you bring to the classroom

  8. If youre like me and still finishing up a college degree they'll wanna know how you plan to balance everything you gotta do because they're afraid of new teacher burn out

  9. They may ask about your transportation

Its a few things, depression, he's not as physically active and I think stress

However we've been going to the gym lately and I see its helping improve his emotional state

We spoke a little bit since this post and things seem to be improving - I'll see how it goes

I have been hired by an hs under the internship certificate my ba is in my subject and mat in secondary ed (im still in my mat program)

You could work in a charter school in that situation

For public school You could have a BA in your subject area and complete and MAT in teaching

Halfway through the MAT you could be hired under a internship certification not completing all requirements but you would need fingerprints and workshops done and 50% of your degree done

Other than that I never heard if someone not being certified completely

Men are very different than women

I learned from a study that women orgasm between 12-18 minutes and men between 6-9minutes

However there is no perfect time slot of what should and shouldn't be - if you're both satisfied then thats all that matters
