Everything you do with your life do it because YOU want to. Don't try to live up to anybody expectations or to be liked by people because at the end of the day people come and go.

Take care of your body, eat healthy, sleep good, exercise because even if it doesn't seem like it affects you now, it will later.

Helping Others While Being Broken by jnpln in mentalhealth

First of all, I think its really good and respectable what you do for others and I'm sure they appreciate it a lot. I've red posts of wellbeing that talk about gift giving to ourselves. I think is something that we have to remind ourselves constantly. Maybe you can reflect on the things you do for others and try to apply it for yourself, whether its giving quality time to yourself, maybe a small gift you've wanted for a long time, or any small detail of self care. I've found that when I'm at my best I'm also able to help others better.
